Terms of service for commissioning CupOfChamomile.
Paying
Payment needs to be sent through Paypal. I will give you the associated email to send the correct amount of payment. You must include in the message while sending payment that "This payment is for a digital art commission, and I am aware that nothing will be physically shipped to me." This is to avoid any possible problems with Paypal wanting shipping. I do not ask for you to send payment until I have nearly completed the artwork. When it is complete I will ask you to send payment, then I will send the finished artwork.
Refunds
Art I have not started on can be fully refunded. If I have finished the sketch stage you cannot get a full refund, only partial. If I fail to be able to complete the art you will get a full refund and an apology.
Editing
I am happy to continue to edit and fix artwork for you to fit what you want. However, I have the right to choose not to do a change if it will cause me to spend more time and energy than you are paying me for. I highly encourage you speaking up when I show work in progresses and telling me problems you have ASAP, so I can make changes without having to completely redo hours of work. If I make a mistake with your character design it will always be fixed no matter how long it takes me.
Won't draw
I will not draw NSFW art. I will draw candy gore and mild regular gore, but nothing too drastic. I have the right to turn away commissions asking me to draw something I am not comfortable drawing.
Deadlines
If the art has a deadline you must tell me before I accept the commission. Please do not expect me to be able to give you a completed piece within a few hours of commissioning. I try to not take longer than a few days, however if something comes up and I will have to take longer you will be informed immediately. You are more than welcome to ask for updates if you are curious on how it is going.
